Depression is more common than one might think – in fact, according to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, approximately 6.7 percent of the United States population over age 18 is affected by depression and it is the leading cause of disability for Americans ages 15 to 44.3. However, there are extremely effective, therapies that can greatly help reduce or eliminate depression.
