Accepted Insurance, Out of Network Reimbursement, and Private Pay Scale

I offer a sliding scale for clients who choose private pay. The benefits of private pay are multiple as there is no diagnosis, confidentiality is complete- no information sharing with other companies, and there is more control over treatment. Please contact for an estimate.
I accept several insurances throughout the state of NY. Accepted insurance companies are Aetna, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Oxford Health, Oscar, and United Healthcare.
I Understand many clients may want to use their out-of-network benefits and will provide a superbill for reimbursement.
